Our Total Rewards programs are designed to attract and retain top talent so we offer a wide range of benefits that support diversity and cultural differences while ensuring they are compliant and competitive. Compensation

Globally our employees receive a competitive base salary, with eligible employees participating in our short-term incentive program (STIP) which rewards us based on achievement of our financial targets and individual performance. We pay over-time to eligible employees based on local employment laws.

Our 401(k) plan in the US is market leading, with a non-elective contribution to all US employees as well as an additional match for US employees that choose to participate in the 401(k) program. Paid Parental Leave

CMC employees who are becoming parents through any means (birth, adoption, surrogacy, fostering, etc.) are entitled to up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave within the year they become parents, regardless of local provision. In jurisdictions where governments mandate more leave, we follow local practice.

Employee Stock Purchase Program

Our employees around the world can participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). Employees can elect to contribute up to 10% of their after-tax paycheck, up to $25,000 USD, to buy stock in (NASDAQ: CCMP) CMC Materials at a 15% discount. We want our employees to benefit from the success of our company, and to be stakeholders in our financial success.

We are proud to offer all our employees globally access to our tuition assistance program (TAP). After 6 months of satisfactory performance at CMC, eligible individuals may receive up to US $5250 to support qualifying educational endeavors.

This means that many employees participate in phone calls outside of regular office hours, and we actively encourage and enable flexible working to ensure that employees are able to sustain their commitment and participation. Community Involvement

CMC Materials is proud to support the local communities where we live and work. Thousands of hours are donated each year by CMC employees from all over the world to make a difference in our local communities. We help protect the environment, promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education and support those in need. Local programs are managed by employee resource groups and local leadership, and reflect the diverse communities of our teams and the passions which motivate our teams.
